190103 - Winter Flag Football K-1
The goal of the 2021 Winter Flag Football program is to keep kids active and social in a safe environment. The program will utilize a "pick-up" game style format, where kids will practice together as a group and coaches will break up into teams each week to play a game. In comparison to our Fall Flag Football program, expect the Winter program to look like the good old days of gathering friends up around the neighborhood to get a fun game of football going. Coaches will act as refs and manage game play. Each meeting time will be 1 hour. Masks must be worn at all times. Dress accordingly for outdoor play, pinnies will be worn during play. PLEASE NOTE: Week two of this program will meet on Saturday, February 20.
